Our digital service adheres to social distancing protocols, and avoids in-person contact. Here is how it works:

• Email, call, or visit us online to schedule a virtual appointment for a free consultation, an estimate, or a roof inspection.
• During a phone consultation, we will schedule an appointment with a salesman and help explain the repair/re-roof/replacement process.
• Estimating and roof inspection will be done outside, and you can remain in the comfort of your home.
• A 1st Roofing Solutions representative will call you when they arrive on site.
• When the representative finishes, he or she will call you when they leave.
• After inspecting your roof, we will arrange a time to discuss our findings and suggestions with you over the phone.
• If we have made an estimate for roof repair or roof replacement, we can email it to you for review and call you to discuss the details.
• When it comes time to choose tiles or other materials for your roof, you can usually do this without leaving home. The websites of most manufacturers enable you to research various roofing products, including styles and colors. In the case of tile, we can leave samples on your porch so that you can see them in person.
• When roofing work begins, our team may not need to enter your home at all. The repair or replacement can be completed outside, and you do not have to interact with anyone face-to-face. Should any of our roofers need access to your attic, they will wear a face mask before entering your home.
• Finally, all proposals and other documents, can be signed electronically.
